If you would like to charge a fee to listing owners to list a on your site you will need a plugin called Listings Payments, it allows you to charge a fee to listing owners powered by WooCommerce. You can create custom listing packages which can be purchased or redeemed during listing submission.
Listing Packages can be given pricing just like regular WooCommerce products and can be customised to allow users to submit multiple listings with a single package, create featured listings, and create listings with varying expirations. You can even offer several packages and pricing options at once – all listing packages will be visible during the submission process.
Purchasing listing packages forces checkout during registration so that they are associated with the user’s account. Purchased packages are then displayed on their account page.
