In order to have the stats of the contact clicks and contacts submissions displayed for various listings, you will need to install both the Stats For WP Job Manager plugin and the Contact Listing plugin, and then set up the stats dashboard page.
Having done this you can view the analytics of contact clicks and submissions made through your entire site from your listings.
